rotation on car rim

1. Break the symbol apart
2. Then select the inside of the tire,Shift helps select more than one item
3. Once you select the rim,you have to convert all of it into a movie clip
4. Once you've changed it, you enter a motion tween and add a rotation
5. then i tewk the movie clip and place it into the original place.
