Copyright poem

I think Brian is right and wrong. He's right about the 3 things he said about not says copyright, and after 10 years, and does belong to him. Brian is also wrong because she did make the poem for him, not for a song, just to show her love for him not for anyone else. I think sarah should of not wrote it at all. She should of put the copyright on there just in case he did decide to put it in a song.
